    Great place. Fantastic food and surprising portions at a great price. The B52 burger hit the spot before a flight! I haven't had a chance to explore much of the menu, but I spend enough time at Hooks and I'll be back for more.

    Lovely view of lake Hood. Fun watching float planes take off and land. Very good food but very slow service. Not the water's fault, they are just under staffed.

    Loved this place since it's opened. Bird with the golden tail is my favorite! Many celebs have actually eaten here including Harrison Ford, Pres. G.W. Bush... Kenny Smith, Ray Childress and Earl Campbell.

    Aviators Grill at Hooks Airport is a nice spot for breakfast or lunch. It is very inexpensive, has a great view of the airport and decent service. We have had many morning business meetings there and everyone can find something to eat on the menu. It is nothing fancy, but for the price you can't beat it.
